The Send Request error in Facebook

Error or not, it still the most annoying and the worst feature of facebook.com When i tryin to add request to my neighbor about 3 meters away from my house-its close. But the send request filter appear. Do ya think it helps us? Only fool people make their life at risks by tellin them their confidential information to the strangers. hahahaha..
